Jane King (editor FW) William Brown (Isuzu) Liliya Kucher, Caroline Green (employer) and Matt Baker (TV presenter)

Our congratulations go to Liliya on her fantastic achievement at last weeks Farmers Weekly Awards ceremony. Originally a TWES trainee, we assisted Liliya and her employers AS Green & Co. with obtaining her Tier 2 (General) sponsorship and entry clearance. She has been Farm Manager since early 2009. As Farm Manager Liliya is responsible for supervising and training of the IEPUK Tier 5 Government Authorised Exchange interns on the farm, ensuring they undertake the necessary training against their structured IntSCA training portfolio.
Liliya is very much a working Farm Manager - she is the tractor driver in the photo on the left!
2011 has seen a much larger number of interns and trainees around the world using IntSCA to evaluate their training and demonstrate their continued progression. For details call +44 (0)1572 823934
